Boxwood

The Boxwood family comprises principally evergreen shrubs with inconspicuous flowers (fragrant in Sarcococca). Other members include Boxwood (Buxus) and Pachysandra.

Widely used for edging and hedging. When not clipped, most are soft and billowing. Flowers quite inconspicuous. All are easy to grow where adapted and therefore are often neglected. Extra care with watering, feeding, and controlling mites and scale will pay off in better color and greater vigor.
